Pre-Purchase Surveys — Home Buyer Reports and Building Surveys for property purchasers. We help you understand what you’re buying and identify issues before completion.
Boundary Disputes — independent survey evidence and professional opinion to help resolve boundary disagreements. We assess documentary and physical evidence to establish boundary positions.
Party Wall Surveys — party wall notices, awards, and condition schedules under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. We act for building owners, adjoining owners, and as agreed surveyors.
Damp and Timber Investigations — independent diagnosis of damp and timber problems. Unlike treatment companies offering “free surveys,” we have no products to sell — our only interest is accurate diagnosis.
Dilapidations — schedules of condition, terminal schedules, and negotiation for both landlords and commercial tenants.
