Building Surveys

We provide a comprehensive array of building surveying reports that are specifically tailored to meet your individual requirements.

Our reports are designed for those seeking detailed information regarding their potential new home, enabling them to understand specifics and defects prior to making a purchase.

Our services are tailored to be budget conscious, ensuring accessibility for all prospective Buyers.

Level 1, an inspection of the exterior and inner areas [structural condition only] with photographic evidence and a 1 hour call to discuss findings.

Level 2, a full onsite inspection, examining inner and external areas for structural defects and conditions. As per particulars under our Level 1, and supply a report with coloured findings in bold where notable or significant.

Level 3 includes inspecting all inner and external areas covering both structural and construction conditions, including gardens, driveways, and any outbuildings within the curtilage. We review boundaries and any possible implications of Trespass or Rights of Access to the land raised in our main report, e.g., freeholds.
