Neil received training from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors [RICS] during University and as a postgraduate. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours in Building Surveying, recognised by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
He is an active member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors and the Pyramus and Thisbe Society, both of which concentrate on issues related to the Party Wall Act.
His expertise lies in general construction, with a strong emphasis on building pathology, specifically focusing on diagnosing undetected defects.
He also works in Contract Administration/Employers Agent and arbitration for contracts under JCT/NEC suite, Party Wall and Boundary disputes, among other related issues.
